About Rinus
Rinus VeeKay is a Dutch racing driver who has spent his entire IndyCar career to date with Ed Carpenter Racing, taking his maiden victory at Indianapolis Motor Speedway's road course in 2021 and a pole position at the Indy 500. The Netherlands' first-ever IndyCar race winner remains one of the sport's youngest stars.
His 2026 switch to Dale Coyne Racing is the kind of mid-career reset that often unlocks the next gear — new team, new engineering voice, no expectations baked in. VeeKay's pace on Indy's road course and oval combined is rare; the project is consolidating that into a full-season championship attack.
Rinus VeeKay currently races for Dale Coyne Racing in the 2026 NTT INDYCAR SERIES, sitting P10 in the standings with 378 points. Track Rinus VeeKay's full season on the Grid Guy interactive standings.
